Erin Phoenix Moutray and Jeremy David Miller, both of St. Joseph, are engaged to be married. She is the daughter of Brad and Kim Moutray, and Mary Jo and Jim Watkins, all of St. Joseph. He is the son of Maureen Miller of St. Joseph and the late John Miller. The couple will exchange vows at 3:30 p.m. March 20 at Mitchell Park Plaza in St. Joseph.

Stacy Morgan Neibling and Andrew Morrison Fisher, both of St. Joseph, were united in marriage on September 5, 2009. She is the daughter of Walter and Angie Neibling of Highland, Kan. Stacy is a Northwest Missouri State University graduate and is currently employed as a news reporter with Eagle Radio. Andrew is a former marine and is currently attending Missouri Western State University. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Davey Fisher of Smithville, Mo. The wedding took place at the Highland United Methodist Presbyterian Church in Highland, Kan., at 2 p.m. the Rev. Susan Hartley officiated the ceremony. A reception was held at the Stoney Creek Inn, St. Joseph, and the couple honeymooned in Branson, Mo.

Ernest and Jeanie (Butzer) Reed of St. Joseph were united in marriage on February 17, 1960, at the Methodist Church in Skidmore, Mo. In honor of their 50th wedding anniversary, their children and grandchildren will host a cake and punch reception from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 21, at Grace Evangelical Church, 5103 S. 50th St., St. Joseph. He is retired from Sherwood Medical and she was a homemaker. Both are lifelong residents of St. Joseph. Their children are: Rhonda and Bill Rissler, Ed and Lisa Reed, and Karen and Tony Johnston, all of St. Joseph; and Brenda and Robert Friess of Independence, Mo. They have eight grandchildren: David and Evan Rissler; Kelsie and Brie-Anna Johnston; Lauren, Tyler and Austen Reed; and Amber Friess. There is one great-grandchild, Hannah Richardson. Will is the son of David Everhart of Maryville, Mo., and Lisa Everhart of Lee’s Summit, Mo. Joni is a 2007 graduate of Nodaway Holt R-VII in Graham, Mo. She is a junior at Avila University of Kansas City, Mo., majoring in radiological science and is working her clinical at Lee’s Summit Medical Center. She is employed at Longhorn Steakhouse of Leawood, Kan. Will was a 2006 graduate of Nodaway Holt R-VII in Graham, Mo. He is an infantry specialist stationed at Fort Riley, Kan., with 1st Infantry Division, 2nd Brigade. The wedding will take place at 5 p.m. March 13, 2010, at First Christian Church in Maryville, Mo. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don Willis of Savannah and is currently a student at Missouri Western State University. He is the son of Walter and Angie Neibling of Highland and is a student at Kansas State University.

She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri in 2007 with a bachelor of health science degree in communication science and disorders. She received her master of health science degree in communication science and disorders from the University of Missouri in 2009. Elizabeth is employed as a speech therapist with the St. Joseph School District. The future groom is a 2002 graduate of Santa Fe High School in Edmond, Okla. Brandon graduated from the University of Missouri in 2006 with a bachelor of science business administration degree with an emphasis in management. He resides in Kansas City, Mo., and is employed in the financial industry. Their wedding is to be held in June 2010 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in St. Joseph.
