They were married on that date in 1968 in Gary, Ind.
He retired from the Air National Guard and from Missouri Gas Energy. She retired from Gray Automotive.

SAVANNAH, Mo. — Louis and Carolyn Holt of Savannah will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Friday, Jan. 25.
They were married on that date in 1958 at Savannah United Methodist Church. They have resided all their lives near Savannah. He is a retired letter carrier. They also continue to farm.
Their daughters and sons-in-law are: Shelly and Scott Keely of St. Joseph; Cheryl and Scott Brecheisen of Bartlesville, Okla.; Lorie Veale and George Spickard and Becky and Scott Davison, all of Savannah; and Kathy and Kevin Anderson, Lake of the Ozarks, Mo. There are seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
