What could possibly be better than a flying car?
by Ricky Gipson
Thursday, April 3, 2008

I've found a lot of crazy things online, but this one has to take the cake. I'm still not sure whether I should be saddened by this or excited by it's complete radical awesomeness.

What is this you may ask? None other than a flying lawnmower. No need to re-read the last sentence over again, you ready correctly. A flying lawnmower.

Apparently the video of said flying lawnmower has been around for awhile, but this is my first time to stumble upon this gem. Sure, the lawnmower may not be able to cut grass very well, but I think we can all agree that watching a lawnmower fly easily makes up for its shortcomings as a lawnmower.

After watching the video my nerd antennas immediately went up, and I had to find out who in the world would make a flying lawnmower. I quickly found out that, yes, this was made by nerds with way to much time on their hands.

The flying lawnmower, officially known as the Sky Cutter, was invented by a group called FlyingThignz, who have also made other flying......things. Such as the Flying Doghouse, Flying Witch and the Flying Tank just to name a few.

Now if they could only do a flying riding lawnmower.
