Pony Express Plaza gallops along
by Susan Mires
Thursday, April 17, 2008

Work continues at the Pony Express Plaza at Belt and Frederick.

Anytime Fitness is tentatively scheduled to open this week, according to the City of St. Joseph’s weekly newsletter.

UMB Bank is hosting a VIP reception on April 29. A sign in front of the building said the bank is now open.

Quiznos is preparing to open, but we haven’t nailed down an exact date.

The golf shop in the shopping center is also making progress and we expect a hair salon to locate there, as well.

No further word on a possible Panera restaurant, however.

The City Weekly also reported that USA 800 has applied for an enhanced enterprise zone tax abatement for their new facility in Mitchell Woods Business Park.
