Montee gives Safe Schools Initiatives poor marks
Missouri schools have below-par safety procedures and programs, according to a state audit released Tuesday.
Auditor Susan Montee’s review of the Safe Schools Initiatives found "insufficient violence prevention programs, anti-bullying policies ... and emergency management plans and drills."
The St. Joseph Democrat called on districts to improve programs aimed at Internet safety and sex offenders, as well.

Ms. Montee, former Buchanan County auditor, in a June audit criticized schools and the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education for not always running criminal background checks on bus drivers.

He's a kid, who got caught with some pot. Illegal? Yes. Embarrasing? Yes. Hopefully he has learned his lesson and will move foreward like you should do, Mr_America. I doubt however, that you have any mistakes legal or illegal in your past, therefore feel free to continue passing judgement on the rest of us lowly sinners.

Run around the State telling eveyone what they are doing wrong with only her political motives to back it up. The rest of the time she campaigns for Obama and against McCain at taxpayer expense. But hey! It's all about Susan isn't it?
