IHOP locating on North Belt

IHOP submitted plans with the city of St. Joseph this week for a new restaurant at 3804 N. Belt Highway, near Culver's and Fritz's Carwash. The city's building development team is reviewing the plans.

The International House of Pancakes is based in California and more than 99 percent of the restaurants are franchisee owned.

IHOP restaurants are open throughout the day and evening hours and offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are 1,361 locations.

Hey was this already in the works before the article on what we wanted on the SOUTH Belt? Hmmmmm? Either way, doesn't matter as long as it is coming to St. Joe.

Lovin it! A relief from Denny's, Perkins, and Bob Evans. Bob Evans and Denny's stink anyways. Perkins is good. But IHOP is the you know what! Breakfast food is the you know what! YahoooooooO!

Does anyone cook at home anymore?

We are a "fat" community.

We took our kids to Columbia one weekend, they commented, out of the blue, how "skinny" everyone was.

Oh well, whatcha going to do.....

Maybe - Promote the parkways, the parks, healthy foods and activities!

Or, heck, in many cultures, being fat is good.

Fat and happy - makes Heartland Health full of Wealth!

hehehe

Yeah St. Joe is a pretty over weight city. I have to agree with you on that. That's their fault though. I have no sympathy whatsoever. I cook at home and eat out. I'm not fat. Remember, it's not just seating that makes you fat, drinking does too. So does not excersising.

There is a Hoof and Horn in Atchison, KS. Not too far away, same great food. It is actually called the Riverhouse but it is Hoof and Horn, same owner, same food, waitresses even wear Hoff and Horn tees.
