That's cool: Thirsty Light ($9.99)
by Blake Hannon
Friday, August 29, 2008

Everybody knows that your plants need water to survive and flourish. But guess what? Unless they’re the talking Venus flytraps from “Little Shop of Horrors,” they aren’t going to tell you if they need a drink. And they won’t have to if you have the Thirsty Light. Just push the rod into the soil. If the light is blinking, the plant’s thirsty. Now, you have no excuse for letting your “love fern” kick the bucket prematurely. Thirsty Light is available at www.thinkgeek.com.
