Court costs are not included in the figures below. The usual court cost is $106.50 for misdemeanors and $283.50 for felonies. Added into this are other costs, such as the cost of arrest for a charge of driving while intoxicated. The additional fees can bring the court costs up to $400 or more.

Robin D. Sands, 36, 2013 S. 11th St., for life and 20 years after pleading guilty to two felony charges, count I, second-degree murder and count II, armed criminal action.

Richard D. Rainey, 49, 2808 Felix St., for two years after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic assault; must not consume alcohol; must be evaluated for alcohol/substance abuse and must submit to alcohol/drug screening.

John W. Traynor Jr., 25, Cameron, Mo., for two years after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $133 per month and $50 per month on arrearages; must consent to wage-withholding order; must maintain employment or make good-faith effort to obtain employment and must submit to fingerprinting at the Law Enforcement Center.

Walter A. Sybert, 48, 829 Harmon St., for two days after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of third-degree assault; given credit for two days already served.

Stephen R. Tompkins, 27, 1105 Oscar St., for two days on a misdemeanor charge of driving while revoked.

Karsen L. Moorer, 47, Hunterville, N.C., for two years after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $550/$470 per month and $50/$50 per month on arrearages; must consent to wage-withholding order; must maintain employment or make good-faith effort to obtain employment and must submit to fingerprinting at the Law Enforcement Center.
