Benjamin R. Adams, 37, 6210 Grant St., at 5:51 p.m. Monday on a charge of larceny.

Howard L. Smith, 20, Elwood, Kan., at 6 p.m. Monday on a charge of driving while suspended or revoked.

William R. Carter Jr., 23, 1801 Vernon St., at 11:02 p.m. Monday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Thomas R. Capelton, 42, 921 N. Sixth St., at 12:28 a.m. Tuesday on charges of assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

Jacob L. Williams, 21, 5010 Pickett Road, at 2:05 a.m. Tuesday on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and resisting arrest.

Alvin R. Manley Jr., 49, 1317 S. 16th St., at 3:09 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of driving while intoxicated/driving under the influence.
