• February 2007, no discard date on food held overnight; sanitizer low in dishwasher
• June 2006, inspector observed lots of fruit flies near dishwasher; leak in disposal drain line
• March 2006, inspector observed employee smoking near food; dirty high chairs in dining room; untreated floor drain attracting fruit flies
