A blast from the past brings out my younger nerd

I've seen a lot of videos on the internet. My blog about the Weezer video is a testament to that. But what I found today may change my order of greatest videos to ever hit the internet.

Some of you out there may or may not remember Showbiz. From the poll I've taken around the newsroom it appears that Showbiz was just as popular up here as it was down south for me.

Apparently, some of the original creators of The Rock-afire Explosion decided it was time to get the band back together.

Through the dream of one man who never decided to grow up, they were able to get all the characters back together for another round of great ( and kind of creepy) music for kids.

Watching these brought back a TON of memories. My birthday party in kindergarten was at Showbiz, my first experience with an over exposion to arcade games was at Showbiz and the beginning of a long love of skee-ball began there.

Too bad Chuck E. Cheese took over, I really miss these guys! I hope you enjoy this video as much as I did. And if you're like me and just can't get enough from just one video, there are plenty more.

Random fact: the first ever Showbiz was located in Kansas City.
