Court costs are not included in the figures below. The usual court cost is $106.50 for misdemeanors and $283.50 for felonies. Added into this are other costs, such as the cost of arrest for a charge of driving while intoxicated. The additional fees can bring the court costs up to $400 or more.

Ace D. Harris, 38, at 8:30 a.m. in Division 4 after preliminary hearing waived on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, Clonazepam.

Grant M. Moser, 41, at 8:30 a.m. in Division 4 after preliminary hearing waived on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

Robert Webb, 40, at 8:30 a.m. in Division 4 after preliminary hearing waived on a felony charge of delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine.

Arraignments set for Aug. 14

Jerry J. Gilpatrick, 24, at 8:30 a.m. in Division 4 after preliminary hearing waived on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

Earnest M. Whitmer, 32, at 8:30 a.m. in Division 4 after preliminary hearing waived on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
