Back to school means booster shots
by Angela Smith
Thursday, July 31, 2008

Back to school does not just mean new clothes or school supplies, it is also time for kids to get up to date on immunizations. Starting August 11th, the Saint Joseph-Buchanan County Health Department will offer a series of immunization clinics for back-to-schoolers. Officials there said you cannot underestimate the importance of booster shots. The immunizations will be offered from 8 in the morning to 5 in the evening at the Health Department offices at 904 South 10th. For more information, call the Health Department at 271-47-25.
