James M. Goerke, 43, 3106 Summit Ave., at 6:19 p.m. Thursday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Joshua W. Grippando, 26, 4302 N. Hillview Circle, at 9:02 p.m. Thursday on a charge of assault on a law enforcement officer.

Daniel L. Deshon Jr., 28, 2005 S. 36th St., at 9:45 p.m. Thursday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Michael S. Admire, 31, Amazonia, Mo., at 11:31 p.m. Thursday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Joey S. Burwell, 19, 2402 Jules St., at 11:36 p.m. Thursday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a probation violation.

Christopher M. Woods, 28, 3044 N. Second St., at 2:01 a.m. Friday on a charge of tampering with a motor vehicle.

Frederick Green, 27, White Cloud, Kan., at 3:17 a.m. Friday on a charge of driving while intoxicated/driving under the influence.
