The Snorkel International Plant in Elwood, Kan., is looking for a new leader. Snorkel officials released the company's Executive Vice President Frank Scarborough from his job last week. Scarborough started working for Snorkel in 1986 for six years and then returned in 2003.

No one from snorkel management could be reached this afternoon for comment. However, the new owners from Tanfield Group in England released an e-mail saying they have increased the workforce from 400 to 500 employees since they took over. The company announced plans to expand and increase production at the plant.
