Court costs are not included in the figures below. The usual court cost is $106.50 for misdemeanors and $283.50 for felonies. Added into this are other costs, such as the cost of arrest for a charge of driving while intoxicated. The additional fees can bring the court costs up to $400 or more.

Travis L. Henderson, 20, Platte City, Mo., for two years after pleading guilty to two misdemeanor charges, count I, driving while intoxicated and count II, resisting arrest; must serve two days shock detention; given credit for two days already served; must not operate motor vehicle unless properly licensed to do so; must not operate motor vehicle after consuming alcohol and must submit to alcohol/drug screening.
