ARRESTS

Bridget D. O’Banion, 34, 726 S. 23rd St., at 8:35 a.m. Friday on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

Torriondo T. Jackman, 28, 226 S. 23rd St., at 11:28 a.m. Friday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

Bradley J. Thornton, 45, 710 N. 23rd St., at 2:32 p.m. Friday on charges of possession of a controlled substance and nonsupport.
