In nine locations around the state, in each of Missouri's congressional districts, Democrats will gather in caucuses to narrow the list of potential delegates chosen at county conventions on Feb. 28.
The 6th District caucus will take place in Chillicothe, Mo., at the high school's Performing Arts Center, 2801 Hornet Road.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m., all participants must be signed in by 7:30.
Bob Saunders serves as district chairman.
Throughout Missouri, district caucuses will also be held in St. Louis (at two locations), Creve Coeur, Warsaw, Kansas City, Springfield, Van Buren and Mexico.
There will be 47 district level delegates chosen Thursday night, including three males and two females from the 6th District.
Missouri will have 88 delegates and 12 alternates at the Democratic National Convention, which will be held in Denver from Aug. 25 to 28.
