What's in that? El Perfecto at 54th Street Grill
by Lacey Storer
Friday, October 3, 2008

You’ve had margaritas before, now here’s one with a citrus twist. The El Perfecto combines traditional margarita ingredients like Grand Marnier and Sauza tequila with Patron Citronage, orange juice and sweet and sour mix. The result is a margarita that is slightly sweet, but still just as tequila-tastic. It’s a popular drink, says bartender Channing Cole, because “it tastes different than our regular house margarita.”
