Court costs are not included in the figures below. The usual court cost is $106.50 for misdemeanors and $283.50 for felonies. Added into this are other costs, such as the cost of arrest for a charge of driving while intoxicated. The additional fees can bring the court costs up to $400 or more.

William M.A. Eaton, 33, 3103 Joyce St., for two years after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of first-degree trespassing; must pay restitution of $682.

Robert L. Embrey, 46, 4820 Gene Field Road, for six months on a misdemeanor charge of domestic assault.

David L. Jones, 41, 3012 Seneca St., for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $274/$150 per month and $50/$25 per month on arrearages; must consent to wage-withholding order; must maintain employment or make good-faith effort to obtain employment and must submit to fingerprinting at the Law Enforcement Center.

Timothy J. Mynatt, 27, Springfield, Mo., for two years after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $259 per month and $61 per month on arrearages; must consent to wage-withholding order; must maintain employment or make good-faith effort to obtain employment and must submit to fingerprinting at the Law Enforcement Center.

Daniel F. Sambrano, 24, 714½ Powell St., for two years on a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $340 per month and $60 per month on arrearages; must consent to wage-withholding order; must maintain employment or make good-faith effort to obtain employment and must submit to fingerprinting at the Law Enforcement Center.

Jeannaua G. Skylark, 37, 3434 Messanie St., for two years after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated; must not operate motor vehicle unless properly licensed to do so; must not operate motor vehicle after consuming alcohol; must submit to alcohol/drug testing and must submit to fingerprinting at the law enforcement center.

Matthew S. Smith, 21, 815 N. 13th St., for one year on a misdemeanor charge of stealing; must pay restitution of $130.

Harold E. VanMeter, 80, 4101 Miller Road, for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated; must not operate motor vehicle unless properly licensed to do so; must not operate motor vehicle after consuming alcohol; must submit to alcohol/drug testing and must not operate motor vehicle unless it is equipped with an approved ignition interlock device for 30 days after reinstatement.

Ricardo Lorenzo-Calmo, 33, 624 S. 16th St., for five days after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated; given credit for two days already served.

Charles Z. Cordonnier, 33, Savannah, Mo., for one day after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated; given credit for one day already served.

Jeremy S. Hicks, 20, 5607 S.W. Lakefront Lane, for 24 days on a misdemeanor charge of violating an order of protection; given credit for 24 days already served.

Oscar A. Marcias, 35, 1616 Buchanan Ave., for 224 days on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic assault; given credit for 60 days already served.

Harry J. Purcell, 30, Kansas City, for 168 days after probation revoked on a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport.

Christopher L. Rowles, 20, 2102 S. 12th St., for six days after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana; given credit for six days already served.
