ARRESTS
Michael I. Singleton, 28, 711 S. 21st St., at 6:10 a.m. Thursday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of possession or delivery of a controlled substance.
Christina M. Kingsley, 33, Marshalltown, Iowa, at 9:18 a.m. Thursday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on charges of nonsupport and possession of a controlled substance.
Gregory G. Wright Jr., 41, 607 N. 12th St., at 11:30 a.m. Thursday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.
