Carol S. Yager, 66, 1016 S. 16th St., at 2:21 p.m. Thursday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Latrice M. Sampson, 18, 728 S. 17th St., at 2:40 p.m. Thursday on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Douglas P. Whitaker, 49, at 3:38 p.m. Thursday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Stephanie M. Landers, 18, 2302 Lafayette St., at 4:09 p.m. Thursday on charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing.
