Court costs are not included in the figures below. The usual court cost is $106.50 for misdemeanors and $283.50 for felonies. Added into this are other costs, such as the cost of arrest for a charge of driving while intoxicated. The additional fees can bring the court costs up to $400 or more.

Anthony R. McKinney Jr., 26, 317 S. 12th St., for two years on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic assault; must complete domestic violence program.

Randy W. Roddie, 27, 6421 Washington St., for two years after pleading guilty to count I, a misdemeanor charge of driving while revoked; also fined $10 on count II, no seat belt; must serve one day shock detention; given credit for one day already served; must not operate motor vehicle unless properly licensed to do so; must not operate motor vehicle after consuming alcohol; must submit to alcohol/drug screening and must submit to fingerprinting at the Law Enforcement Center.

Joseph S. Savicz, 55, 918 S. 16th St., for two years on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic assault; must be evaluated for anger control issues.

Janelle D. Steele, 25, DeKalb, Mo., for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of identity theft; must pay restitution of $454.

Travis J. Verdi, 23, Agency, Mo., for one year on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic assault; must be evaluated for anger control problems.

Steven C. Williams, 43, 1620 S. 30th St., for two years on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic assault; must complete domestic violence program and must not reside with the victim.

James E. Jones Jr., 40, 1024 S. 20th St., for 45 days after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of stealing; given credit for 31 days already served.

Sostenes Lopez, 26, 2006 Messanie St., for two days after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving while revoked; given credit for one day already served.

David L. Throckmorton, 32, 4426 Savannah Road, for 168 days after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic assault; given credit for 30 days already served.

Bronson E. Vestal, 18, 8500 Missouri Route B, for five days after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of stealing; given credit for five days already served.

Craig M. Wilkerson, 42, 802 N. Ninth St., for five days after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic assault; given credit for five days already served.

Bronson E. Vestal, 19, at 8:30 a.m. in Division 4 after preliminary hearing waived on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

Paula J. King, 48, at 8:30 a.m. in Division 4 after preliminary hearing waived on a felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, pseudoephedrine, with intent to deliver.

Jody E. Maddox, 29, at 9 a.m. after preliminary hearing waived on a felony charge of nonsupport.

Duane E. Martin, 43, at 8:30 a.m. in Division 4 after preliminary hearing waived on a felony charge of interference with custody.

Jimmy D. Miller, 59, at 8:30 a.m. in Division 4 after preliminary hearing waived on a felony charge of driving while intoxicated.

Probation granted

Steven D. Brown, 21, 5542 S. Second St., for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of stealing; must pay restitution of $133 and must perform 25 hours community service; also fined $1,000.

Ross D. Calloway Jr., 36, 6513 King Hill Ave., for six months after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of second-degree property damage; must pay restitution of $250.

Amy M. Davidson, 27, 2501 Shirley Drive, for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving while revoked; must serve 10 days shock detention; given credit for 10 days already served.

Anthony R. McKinney Jr., 26, 317 S. 12th St., for two years on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic assault; must complete domestic violence program and must have no contact with his brother, Anthony R. McKinney III.

Timothy D. Parker, 39, Indianapolis, for four years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $174 per month and $76 per month on arrearages; must consent to wage-withholding order; must maintain employment or make good-faith effort to obtain employment and must submit to fingerprinting at the Law Enforcement Center.

Robert W. Staggs, 25, 3511 S.W. Janston Road, for six months after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic assault; must be evaluated for anger control problems.

Kenley L. Turner, 18, 6503 King Hill Ave., for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of stealing; must perform 25 hours community service; also fined $1,000.

Jeremy J. Younger, 26, 2832 S. 19th St., for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of stealing; must pay restitution.

Kristen S. Hardin, 41, 521 Monroe St., for 10 days after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving while revoked.
