The two teens missing from Lathrop, Missouri since a week ago Friday, have been found according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
An Amber Alert had been issued and a web site set up after Christina "Paige" Alley and Levi S. Carlson, former boyfriend/girlfriend, had disappeared from Clinton County over a week ago. Authorities feared that 14 year old Paige was endangered and was with the 16 year old Carlson boy against her will.
The two were last seen October 17th at halftime of the Lathrop football game. They left town in the Carlson's family car and had had no contact with family members.
Sunday, the web site, www.paigeandlevi.com, issued the following message:
Paige and Levi have been found!!!!
They contacted family and we are enroute to get them.
Thanks for everyone's time and efforts and support!
Levi is bi-polar and had been without his medication for several days according to authorities. Full details of where they have been or what took place are not yet available but the two were believed to have been located in Council Bluffs, Iowa apparently in good health.
