From: Douglas, WY
Today we rode 155 miles. First 100 miles was into Casper and there weren't any towns of from than 10-15 people.
We were able to get a late breakfast there and we pushed onto Glennrock and then onto Douglas.
First 100 miles was pretty cool and sprinkly. The last 50 miles had some tail winds.
Tomorrow we should be entering Nebraska and entering the home stretch.
We are so glad you are getting close to home. So many are concerned with your were abouts. Everyone was unable to receive your blog from late Thursday until Tue 9/2. Brenda RN from 2S has been asking about you. Nick has big plans for your welcome home party at Civic Arena. Rich is in charge for Pharmacy Week. Pink will be the color. We are glad Danny is there to pick your spirits up since Debbie cannot be there.
Hi Spencer & Dan:
I don't know what it seems like from your view, but your progress from the satellite view is just amazing the way you have persevered across all the states! Hey, we had the Labor Day ride and did 75 miles. I know this is really lame compared to the miles you've been cranking out. I got to ride with Nate, Billy, Bob Fitz and the gang. See you soon. Best wishes.
You make your Mama proud! Be safe and enjoy the ride. We are checking the blog and SPOT every day.
