Court costs are not included in the figures below. The usual court cost is $106.50 for misdemeanors and $283.50 for felonies. Added into this are other costs, such as the cost of arrest for a charge of driving while intoxicated. The additional fees can bring the court costs up to $400 or more.

Judge Patrick Robb

Probation granted

Starla Y. Garber, 29, 6507 King Hill Ave., for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, hydromorphone; must serve five days shock detention; must complete drug court program; must not possess or consume alcohol; must not enter any establishment whose primary source of income is the sale of alcohol and must not be on premises of any casinos or gambling facilities in this or any other state.

Division 4

Judge Daniel Kellogg

Probation granted

Raymond P. Robinson III, 23, for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana; must not consume alcohol; must not enter any bars; must be evaluated for alcohol/substance abuse; must submit to alcohol/drug screening; must have no contact with co-defendants or any known drug users; must maintain employment; must not be on premises of any casinos, gambling facilities or pool halls and must abide by curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Division 5

Judge Keith Marquart

Fined

Cynthia R. Slibowski, 45, 132 Countryside Lane, $25 after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic assault.

Sentenced to jail

Paul E. Langford, 31, 1203 N. Seventh St., for 168 days after probation surrendered on a felony charge of nonsupport.

Aaron D. Malott, 28, for 21 days after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child; given credit for 14 days already served.
