Court costs are not included in the figures below. The usual court cost is $106.50 for misdemeanors and $283.50 for felonies. Added into this are other costs, such as the cost of arrest for a charge of driving while intoxicated. The additional fees can bring the court costs up to $400 or more.

Division 2

Judge Weldon Judah

Probation granted

Brian S. Payton, 18, 2915 Locust St., for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of stealing; must serve 30 days shock detention; must not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances; must submit to testing and mental evaluation; must maintain employment and must have no contact with the victim.

Division 4

Judge Daniel Kellogg

Probation granted

Lisa K. Davis, 44, Rea, Mo., for four years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of driving while intoxicated; must serve 20 days shock detention; must not consume alcohol; must not enter any establishment whose primary source of income is the sale of alcohol; must be evaluated for aftercare; must submit to alcohol/drug screening; must not operate a motor vehicle; must install ignition interlock device; must not be on premises of any casinos, gambling facilities or pool halls and must abide by curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
