A 19-year-old Omaha, Neb., woman remained hospitalized in fair condition Monday following a one-vehicle accident Sunday on Interstate 29 in Holt County.

Roxanne R. Williams was driving northbound in a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox at 6:40 p.m. when her vehicle left the roadway and overturned, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. She was taken to Heartland Regional Medical Center, where she remained Monday, for injuries that the patrol described as serious.

The patrol, in a press release, said Ms. Williams was issued a summons for careless driving and minor in possession of alcohol.
