Story chronicles trip of Brown County veterans
World War II veterans went to the nation's capital

The Washington Post had an article in Thursday's edition chronicling the trip of Brown County World War II veterans to the nation's capital.

A group of Brown Countians raised money to send local veterans to the World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C. The effort raised about $14,000, according to the article, and 22 veterans made the trip.
