This is one of the vehicles vandalized the first week of August by spray painting vandals.
After a rash of spray paint vandalism earlier in the month, one person is arrested and charged.
20-year-old Stuart D. Haley is charged with felony property damage. He is currently in custody held on a $10,000 bond.
At least 22 vehicles in the area of jones and 19th were spray-painted in an overnight spree. the vandals used red and white colors to paint the word "green" on a number of vehicles. racial slurs were also found on a couple of houses.
if convicted, haley faces up to four years in prison, and fines of up to $5,000.
no other arrests have been made in the case so far.
