Critical violation summary since 2006 (six inspections):

• November 2007, patron complaint about employee touching food with bare hands, manager told inspector early morning cook may have slipped up
• October 2006, reach-in freezer extremely dirty
• January 2006, patron complaint about cockroach in biscuits and gravy and saw a mouse go into kitchen. Inspector found no real evidence this happened. Staff said they have received no complaints and that they had a mouse problem, but was taken care of by extermination company.
