Zackeria D. Brunner, 24, 1306 Felix St., at 1:17 a.m. Saturday on a charge of property damage.

Robert L. Bowline, 52, 1013 Angelique St., at 11:05 a.m. Saturday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.
