Court costs are not included in the figures below. The usual court cost is $106.50 for misdemeanors and $283.50 for felonies. Added into this are other costs, such as the cost of arrest for a charge of driving while intoxicated. The additional fees can bring the court costs up to $400 or more.

Desari M. Coffman, 29, 2603 S.W. Missouri Route U, for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $109 per month and $41 per month on arrearages.

Thomas D. Davis, 27, 3519 Nickle Lane, for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $235 per month and $65 per month on arrearages.

Jeffrey D. Henderson, 39, DeKalb, Mo., for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $93 per month and $47 per month on arrearages.

David E. Johnson, 46, Belton, Mo., for six months after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $356 per month and $94 per month on arrearages.

Michael L. Whittington, 45, 420 Mobile Lane, for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $300 per month and $75 per month on arrearages.

Dakota K. Zimmerman, 18, 2218 S. 14th St., for 25 days after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of violating an order of protection.

Dakota Zimmerman served 25 days in jail so it should of read given credit for time served.
