ARRESTS

James E. White, 51, Atchison, Kan., at 11:42 a.m. Tuesday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of nonsupport.

Linnette M. Williams, 34, Wathena, Kan., at 12:34 p.m. Tuesday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Robert P. Wippel, 52, 1912 Washington Ave., at 12:57 p.m. Tuesday on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Fabian T. Stepney, 29, 2121 S. Riverside Road, at 3:13 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

Ashley M. Burress, 22, 1002 Green St., at 1:37 p.m. Tuesday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Harold D. Niederjohn, 40, at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court and a charge of trespassing.

Amber N. Matt, 24, 3329 Prim Rose Lane, at 1:08 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of nonsupport.
