David Weber, Wathena, Kan., by the State on a felony charge of burglary and two misdemeanor charges of theft.
Arraignment set for Feb. 24
James D. Marcum, Savannah, Mo., on two misdemeanor charges: property damage and disorderly conduct.
Fined
William P. Whetstine, Kansas City, $100 after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct; a felony charge of threat and two misdemeanor charges, obstructing legal process and assault, were dismissed by the state.
Probation granted
Gabriel E. Aragonez, St. Joseph, for six months after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of trespassing; must pay a fine of $350.
Patrick S. Bembrick, Hiawatha, Kan., for one year on a felony charge of driving under the influence; must pay a fine of $1,500; must serve two days shock detention, then be placed on house arrest.
Preston J. Cornelius, St. Joseph, for six months after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of trespassing; must pay a fine of $350.
Matthew K. Dickson, Atchison, Kan., for one year after pleading no contest to two misdemeanor charges, trespassing and theft; must pay a fine of $200 and restitution; two felony charges of conspiracy to commit theft, were dismissed by the state.
Jaurrice D. Maag-Downing, Atchison, Kan., for one year after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of theft; must pay a fine of $100 and restitution.
Aaron R. Standridge, St. Joseph, for six months after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of trespassing; must pay a fine of $350.
