Cowabunga, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are 25 years old!
Celebrate your favorite heroes in a half-shell birthdays
by Lacey Storer
Friday, February 27, 2009

If you’re like me, a child of the ’80s, there’s a pretty good chance you grew up watching “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.” So, does it make you feel old to know that the turtles are turning 25 this year?

In celebration, or should I say “shellebration,” the TNMT Web site, www.tmnt25.com, features downloads, games, video and pretty much anything else you could want from your favorite green fighting machines.

There’s also a schedule for the TMNT Road Trip, though the closest stop is in St. Louis on June 5. Oh, and don’t forget to check out Michelangelo’s blog (though I’d be much more interested in what Raphael had to say, he was always my favorite). And no, I won’t judge you if you feel the urge to pull out your old TMNT action figures and play.
