Critical Health Violations: Inspector visited after grease fire in cafeteria kitchen. Inspector was told that fire suppression system did not activate, as it was not in service. The system was removed the day before because it was leaking. Inspector told kitchen staff to clean and sanitize all surfaces in kitchen to be sure that toxins do not remain on contact surfaces.
