Arthur Goodman, Leona, Kan., by the state on three misdemeanor charges of issuing a worthless check.
Arraignment set for Jan. 13
Timothy A. Hunt Jr., Wathena, Kan., on two misdemeanor charges: battery and disorderly conduct.
Probation granted
Larry J. Rhyne, Wathena, Kan., for one year after pleading no contest to two misdemeanor charges possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; must pay $750 fine.
