Court costs are not included in the figures below. The usual court cost is $106.50 for misdemeanors and $283.50 for felonies. Added into this are other costs, such as the cost of arrest for a charge of driving while intoxicated. The additional fees can bring the court costs up to $400 or more.

Sentenced to prison

Manuel Campos-Marcelo, 22, 1405 N. 36th St., for two years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Dama A. Cox, 31, 2814 Sacramento St., for five years after probation revoked on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, with intent to distribute, deliver or manufacture.

Matthew J. Crossfield, 26, 6522 Lake Ave., for seven years each after pleading guilty to two felony charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Division 4

Judge Daniel Kellogg

Probation granted

Christopher L. Rowles, 21, 2102 S. 12th St., for four years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of second-degree burglary; must not consume alcohol; must not enter any establishment whose primary source of income is the sale of alcohol; must be evaluated for substance abuse; must submit to alcohol/drug screening; must have no contact with Eldon Hawkins, Jonathan Owens, nor Amanda Groce, except for child issues; must pay restitution; must have no contact with the victim, directly or indirectly; must not be on premises of any casinos, gambling facilities or pool halls; must obtain a GED or high school diploma; must abide by curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and must be evaluated for anger control.
