Probation granted

Amy L. Crail, 24, Effingham, Kan., for one year on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree property damage; must pay restitution of $475.

Bradley J. Edwards, 29, 2005 St. Joseph Ave., for two years after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $200 per month and $50 per month on arrearages; must consent to wage-withholding order; must maintain employment or make good-faith effort to obtain employment and must submit to fingerprinting at the Law Enforcement Center.

Matthew W. Ehlers, 28, 1804½ Olive St., for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of passing a bad check; must pay restitution of $220.19.

Darrell R. Henderson Jr., 24, Belton, Mo., for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of passing a bad check; must pay restitution of $77.73.

David R. Hester, 45, 311 N. 16th St., for four years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of nonsupport; must make child-support arrearage payments of $200 per month; must consent to wage-withholding order; must maintain employment or make good-faith effort to obtain employment and must submit to fingerprinting at the Law Enforcement Center.

Billy J. Hice, 34, 2413 Charles St., for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic assault; must not consume alcohol and must be evaluated for substance abuse and mental health problems.

Willie A. Jacobs, 26, 914 Angelique St., for four years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of nonsupport; must make child-support arrearage payments of $150 per month; must consent to wage-withholding order; must maintain employment or make good-faith effort to obtain employment and must submit to fingerprinting at the Law Enforcement Center.

Jessie L. Kyle, 48, 3805 Terrace Ave., for one year on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree assault; must pay restitution and must have no contact with the victim, directly or indirectly.

Teresa M. Richardson, 40, Bolckow, Mo., for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of violating school compulsory attendance Law; must use best efforts to keep child attending school regularly or provide approved home instruction.

Timothy W. Roberton Jr., 31, 406 Massachusetts St., for two years after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $383 per month and $40 per month on arrearages; must consent to wage-withholding order; must maintain employment or make good-faith effort to obtain employment and must submit to fingerprinting at the Law Enforcement Center.

Douglas R. Snyder, 54, 1525 N. Second St., for four years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of nonsupport; must make child-support arrearage payments of $200 per month; must consent to wage-withholding order; must maintain employment or make good-faith effort to obtain employment and must submit to fingerprinting at the Law Enforcement Center.
