St. Joseph police briefs, Jan. 13, 2009

ARRESTS

Wayne R. Bruns, 21, 3512 Seneca St., at 4:12 a.m. Friday on a charge of statutory sodomy.

David L. Clements, 44, 4610 Badger Terrace, at 10:09 a.m. Friday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Norman E. Noble, 56, 422 N. 24th St., at 11:13 a.m. Friday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of nonsupport.

Christopher M. Woods, 29, 3044 N. Second St., at 7:03 p.m. Friday on charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and forgery.

Antwon M. Thornton, 26, 804 Pendleton St., at 7:19 p.m. Friday on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.

Timothy D. Nelson, 49, 5605 S.W. Lakefront Lane, at 8:22 p.m. Friday on a charge of stealing.

Jennifer R. Behymer, 21, 1927 S. 22nd St., at 8:50 p.m. Friday on a charge of delivery or manufacture of an imitation controlled substance.

Ricky L. Dawson, 38, 210 N. Eighth St., at 1:04 a.m. Saturday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of violating an order of protection.
