Critical Health Violations: Patron complained he ordered a jumbo burger and that patty was pink in the middle. He contacted establishment and felt like he was “totally blown off.” Inspector found that establishment combines three single patties for jumbo burger, which is much harder to cook to proper temperature. Management advised that has been a problem for the corporation, which has decided to remove it from menu. Inspector advised not to combine but to cook them separate, until removed from the menu.
