"Heat Relief Centers" Available Around Town

If you've had any reason to be outside lately, you know there is just one way to describe it: HOT! So hot, in fact, the National Weather Service has declared an Excessive Heat Warning for nearly all of western and central Missouri, and all of eastern Kansas.

Even if you have to be outdoors, you don't have to risk your health. Several locations around town are volunteering to be "Heat Relief Centers", places where people can drop in and cool off. Here are the locations:

Calvin Center
