Probation granted

Adam E. Ferris, Troy, Kan., for one year on a felony charge of criminal threat; two other counts of criminal threat were dismissed by the state.

Darren D. Six, Phoenix, Ariz., for three months after pleading no contest to two misdemeanor charges of theft; must pay a fine of $200 and restitution; four felony charges of burglary, a felony charge of theft and a misdemeanor charge of conspiracy to commit theft, were dismissed by the state.
