Court costs are not included in the figures below. The usual court cost is $106.50 for misdemeanors and $283.50 for felonies. Added into this are other costs, such as the cost of arrest for a charge of driving while intoxicated. The additional fees can bring the court costs up to $400 or more.

Karonda L. Fuqua, 29, 1020 Doniphan Ave., for four years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of theft/stealing; must pay restitution of $699.66.

Sentenced to prison

Steve Lima, 27, 1823½ N. Second St., for four years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of driving while license revoked; also sentenced to 60 days in jail after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated.

Stephan S. Szczepanik, 44, 6516 S. 14th St., for two years after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated.

Claudie C. Williams, 42, 801 S. 14th St., for two years on a misdemeanor charge of stealing; must pay restitution of $480; also fined $500.

Sentenced to jail

Shawn M. Larison, 34, 1418 Sacramento St., for seven days after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of stealing; given credit for seven days served; also fined $250.

Ralph J. Vickers Jr., 48, 1403 N. Third St., for 38 days after probation revoked on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic assault; given credit for 38 days served.

Edward L. Hoeber, 41, at 8:30 a.m. in Division 3 after probable cause found on four felony charges: counts I and III, both first-degree statutory sodomy, and counts II and IV, both first-degree child molestation.

Jamie S. Molloy, 32, at 8:30 a.m. in Division 3 after preliminary hearing waived on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

Jason D. Gappa, 27, 1301 N. 22nd St., for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of stealing; must pay restitution of $563.

Lamarkious D. Johnson, 40, 3106 Cambridge St., for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $301/$300 per month and $49/$50 per month on arrearages.

Aaron G. Miller, 21, 1209 Highly St., for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $228 per month and $72 per month on arrearages.

Randy C. Pointer, 17, 3617 Angelique St., for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Monica A. Teets, 33, 3702 Fairview Drive, for two years after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $100 per month and $50/$50 per month on arrearages.

Sentenced to jail

Jessie L. Nelson, 26, 1006 Seventh Ave., for six months after probation surrendered on a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport.

Simon L. Wertenberger, 26, for 60 days each after pleading guilty to two misdemeanor charges, count I, assault on a law enforcement officer, and count II, stealing; sentences to run concurrent with each other, but consecutive to present sentence.
