A 4 yr old, on a Gasoline powered Honda 3 wheeler ?
Someone should be Flogged for their stupidity, Child endangerment ? Hell YES !!!!!!!!!
this is so sad. poor kid. what the heck are parents thinking? three wheelers are likely to give a false sense of security because they feel stable, but they are the easiest to flip. all you have to do is turn the wheel hard and the tire acts like an emergency brake.
I'm in amazement that they let this four year old drive alone. We have dirt bikes and four wheelers and we in no way would ever let any of our younger children on them, even with an adult. So sad this had to happen do to parents poor judgement.
I think the parents should be charged in this.
