Critical Health Violations: Patron alleged manager did not wash hands after using restroom. Inspector observed manager perform bathroom check and not wash hands because he did not use restroom. Inspector contacted general manager. Policy changed for employees to wash hands before exiting restroom, regardless of use.

Other Inspector Observations: Wiping clothes not stored in sanitizer bucket when not in use; improper meat thawing process; handsinks not used for hand washing ony; inspector also advised management about several complaints about customer’s food being served cold. Management assured the problem has been corrected
