I hate to take anything away from these kids but why do teams with losing records make the playoffs? I understand HOW, I just don't understand why. There has got to be a way to improve the system through re-districting.

THANK YOU! Email MSHAA they do listen. Its when theres a tie in the districts then instead of using winning records they use district game points diffentials. Its like a corporate boardroom numbers game. It leaves some teams last game of playing season wondering why should we play?
we are down points yet have the season record wins as far as regular play. Football districts are PART of the regular season, so it should count all games wins (in case of a tie). Period!
