Court costs are not included in the figures below. The usual court cost is $106.50 for misdemeanors and $283.50 for felonies. Added into this are other costs, such as the cost of arrest for a charge of driving while intoxicated. The additional fees can bring the court costs up to $400 or more.

Division 4

Judge Daniel Kellogg

Probation granted

Terry J. Rivera, 49, 6310 S.E. U.S. Highway 169, for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of driving while intoxicated; must serve 10 days shock detention, then be placed on scram for 120 days.

Sentenced to prison

Stephen C. Deming, 20, Hiawatha, Kan., for four years after probation revoked on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Ronnie L. Fuller, 41, 3611 Bishop Road, for two years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of driving while intoxicated.

John A. Linebarger Jr., 23, 5001 Valley Lane, for four years after probation revoked on a felony charge of theft/stealing.

John A. Linebarger Jr., 23, 5001 Valley Lane, for five years after probation revoked on a felony charge of second-degree burglary.

Jesse L. Lukehart, 20, 1430 N. 15th St., for five years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, with intent to distribute, deliver or manufacture.

Jesse L. Lukehart, 20, 1430 N. 15th St., for seven years each after pleading guilty to two felony charges, count I, second-degree burglary and count II, second-degree assault; to run concurrent with above.

Kevin M. Smith, 20, for four years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of incest.

Division 5

Judge Keith Marquart

Probation granted

Paul A.W. Hill, 26, Stewartsville, Mo., for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $185 per month and $20 per month on arrearages.

Jeremy D. Long, 35, Crestview, Fla., for four years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $125 per month and $50 per month on arrearages.

Billy J. Vinzant Jr., 29, 1336 S. 24th St., for two years after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $638 per month and $100 per month on arrearages.

Braden T. West, 27, 101½ W. Missouri Ave., for two years after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $268 per month and $54 per month on arrearages.

Sentenced to jail

Lonnie E. Mabin Jr., 27, 711 S. 21st St., for 168 days after probation revoked on a misdemeanor charge of passing a bad check.

Tyler S. Oshel, 19, Fillmore, Mo., for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of stealing.

William A. Stickley, 48, 3216 Neighbor Road, for two years after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport; must make child-support payments of $80 per month and $25 per month on arrearages.

Brandon L. Thuston, 26, 718 Warsaw Ave., for three years on a felony charge of nonsupport; must make child-support arrearage payments of $100 per month.
