Two St. Joseph high school students werre taken into custody Thursday afternoon after an inappropriate image was circulated via cell phones.

St. Joseph Police Captain, Kevin Castle, says a 16 year old female sent a topless picture of herself to another student. The picture was then forwarded on to several more juveniles. Captain Castle says, following a complaint, two juveniles and a 17 year old woman were taken in to custody earlier in the week for distributing the picture.

The 17 year old female was released and no charges are expected. The juveniles remained in the custody of juvenile authorities as of Thursday afternoon..
